What is ITIL® Foundation?
ITIL® 5 is the modern, end-to-end approach to designing, delivering and continually improving IT-enabled products and services that create real value. The Foundation certification is the entry-level, globally recognised qualification in IT service management (ITSM) — and it has no prerequisites, so anyone can start.
You’ll learn the ITIL Service Value System, the service value chain, the four dimensions, the seven guiding principles and the core ITIL practices — the foundations used by IT teams across South African banking, telecoms, government and consulting.

The ITIL® Foundation exam is 40 multiple-choice questions, closed book, 60 minutes, with a pass mark of 26/40 (65%).
